How It's Works

At The Brew Shop, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our home brewing enthusiasts. That's why we've implemented our convenient ‘Click and Collect’ feature, allowing you to purchase your brewing essentials online and pick them up in-store at your convenience. Here's how it works:

Place Your Order:

Browse our wide range of home brew supplies at www.thebrewshop.com.au and add your desired items to your online shopping cart. If the items are available at your chosen location, you can select the ‘Click and Collect’ option during checkout.

Choose Your Store:

We offer 'Click and Collect' at four of our stores: Peakhurst, Nowra, Kirrawee, and Campbelltown. Select the store that's most convenient for you when placing your order.

We Prep Your Order:

Once your order is placed, our dedicated store staff will receive a notification. They will then prepare your order for collection and change the order status from ‘Pending’ to ‘Ready for Pickup.

Get Notified:

As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an SMS notification letting you know it's time to pick up your brewing goodies.

Pick Up Your Order:

Head over to your chosen store location and collect your order. Please remember to bring proof of purchase when picking up - either the SMS notification or your order confirmation will work.
